helpfund provides tools for school parent organizations to run fundraisers: donation pages, dashboards, announcements, and prize tracking. Each school's fundraiser is operated by that school's parent organization, not by helpfund.
Donations are made to the participating school organization and are processed by Stripe. The school organization receives donations through its own Stripe account. Whether a donation is tax-deductible depends on the receiving organization's status — contact the school's PTA for documentation. Optional platform tips support helpfund's operation. Refund requests should be directed to the school organization or hello@helpfund.school.
Points and prizes are administered by the school organization. helpfund displays balances and selections but is not responsible for prize availability or delivery.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, helpfund's liability is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid us in the past 12 months.
